*30-60mins of aerobic/cardio/strength (not sure with who yet... I'll decide that when I'm ready to get started).
*Inversion Table hanging for a few minutes
*Yoga (maybe)
~ Changing the way I eat... starting today, exercising to a new dvd and fitness instructor to see better results, and continuing with a better attitude towards eating and exercising and not being so hard on myself if I skip a day.
I woke up earlier and accompolished my goal. Now, I just need to do that every morning until I get up even earlier. Next goal, to stick to my daily exercises.
