Feeling energized.....3 sets of 12 chest press, 2 sets of 15 Leg extensions/curl, 15 minutes on elliptical, 2 miles on treadmill. I really push myself today and i feel it all in my knees and thighs, i need the strength back in my
knee asap. #Beginnersworkout #Icandothis
