DONE. Take the damn Bulgarian Squats and shove them somewhere deep and dark never to be seen again. At least until the next time I do them.. which better not be in the next routine.
Warm Up: Three minutes on the rower (685m/154.2w/41c/2:11.4split)

T-Push Up: 10x8x3

LB Russian Twist: 8x3
Thoughts: Weights went up all around on this. I'm now done this one... I get an assessment at the gym on Monday and I'll do one at home Sunday. I will do my best to eat clean this weekend.
My weight this morning was 184lbs.
