WOW been a LONG time

Ok I am going to start actually posting here what I have done LOL

Yesterday was a off day went for a 40 min bike ride what FUN I mean I realized what I was missing. I love the bike path and rocking to my tunes. WIll add in the weight training tomorrow when I go. I have been hitting sets of 10-15 reps for a few sets then going down to 8 reps.
