Wow, this really sucks.....

So, I thought that I would be phasing into less reps...turns out now I rotate intensity workout-workout. Today was extremely challenging, my legs are dead, my shoulders are toast and I am one happy gal!!!!
(some of my numbers may be off, I sent my notebook home with my training partner so she could copy the next 8 weeks...
Warm-up - 4 minutes, elliptical
upright rows w/DBs 15'sx30r, 15X30, 15X30 superset with
BBsquats 45X40, 50X40, 50X40
Military press w/DBs 15'sX30r, 15X30, 15X30 superset with
side lunges bodyweightX40, 5'sX24, 5X25
Bench press 45X40, 45X40, 45X40 superset with
leg extensions 25X40, 25X40
DB flys 15X30r, 15X30 superset with
leg curls 25X40, 25X40
Seated cable row 40X40, 40X40, 40X40 superset with
standing one legg calf raises - bodyweightX20, 15, and 16
skullcrushers ezcurl barX40, barX40, barX40
standing bicep curl, DBs 10'sX30r, 8'sX40
I just want to lie down for a while now......
