Wow...already three S.H.I.T.'s down!

Warmed up with 3 sets one arm db rows-10x15 each.
One arm db rows: 4 sets, 15x30, 12x35, 10x40, 8x40
Narrow grip pulldowns: 3 sets, 12x60,10x70,8x70
Regular Bench Press: 4 sets, 15x55,12x65,10x70,8x70
(decided to do these to give my elbow a break; got help from Maricela on the last few reps of the last two sets--she's so much stronger than I am on these)
Flat DB Flys: 3 sets, 8x25,9x25,8x25 (my wings were tired!)
Rear Delt Flys: 4 sets, 12x15,10x15,8x20
front raises: 4 sets, 12x15, 10x15, 8x15
As usual, we don't have time for cardio in the morning, so will have to go back tonight. Maybe I'll get out early and make sure I can get a treadmill.
Diet is going really well...I feel like I really have it down. I went over the diet with Maricela at lunch yesteray and I think it will make a real difference for her as well. She's very excited about it.
