WoW...so many people logging these days I almost fell of the list......
Last week was a bit of a bust. Pool was closed for repair and my back was bothering me enough that I couldn't run or do much lower body work. Diet kind of went to hell as well...not a great start to the challenge...I now have some catching up to do.
Today's workout:
SS 3 sets 10 pushups and 10 body squats
3 sets wide lat pull downs (60/70/70)
3 sets BB press (45/55/55)
3 sets cable rows (60/70/70)-was going to do BO rows but my back wasn't going for it!
SS 3 sets 10 dbl incline press/pec fies/bicep curls (10lb dlbs)
3 set 10 EZ bar curls 30lb
HIIT on bike
3 min warmup
7 X 1min intervals high/low
3 min cool down
20 min total
Followed by shower/sauna/physio for back.
PT seemed to help the back. Don't think I'll make swimming tonight which is why I did the full workout at the gym.
Diet is back on track.....11 weeks to go!!
