A1 Deadlift BB 75#X20 , 80X20 for 2 sets
A2 DB Shoulder Press 3 sets 20'sX20
B1 Bulgarian Split Squats 3 sets 5'sX20 per leg (glad to see you go go, glad to see you go)
B2 DB Pullover 3 sets 40#X20
C1 Lying hip ext 3 sets 20 reps per leg :)
C2 prone jack knife 3 sets 15
D Prone cobra 3's/1 minute
Good workout - still makes me sweat a lot...sooo sorrry to see the backside of those plsit squats.....NOT :)
