Well I finally did my first workout since my wrist started feeling better. Atleast I can handle weight without my wrist giving in. Still not very flexible, however I managed to do curls, deadlifts, front lateral raises, side lateral, presses. Did not complete the full 4 sets, 3 was the limit. Lets hope the wrist holds out, and I can get back to fill sets
