Ya, I'm still here....
I'm having a tough time getting back into a routine this time around. I've managed to swim at least 1X per week and get to my Pilates and Yoga when work doesn't interfere-which keeps happening..and I haven't lifted wts in more than 2 weeks...uggg....
But this will all change beginning Tuesday next week. Hubby and I leave Thursday for a nice romantic 4 day minivacation in FLA and when I get back the holiday is over. I've really let myself slip into a poor eating mode and I'm not working out as much so the weight is sneaking back on. Let's just say I'm in a bulking stage and next week I'll be cutting (:
I'm really looking forward to this mini-vacation (at least we'll be golfing and walking among other physical activities ;) but I'm also looking forward to getting back to my old workoutaholic self when we get back!
