I've been slackin' a bit on keeping my journal up to date these last few days: work has been maddening, and my last to lifting days have been blah. No excuse, I know. But anyway, I decided to cycle in a tricep routine for a few weeks, along with the rest of my regimen. They are my strongest genetic part of my body, so I figured that I could relax the training on them a bit so I could really focus on my shoulders. Well, I guess they're too advanced for their own good! Over the last few weeks, I have noticed a major decrease in their power (in regards to other lifts). It's like they said "What you're training really isn't taxing us, so we're taking a vacation - it's too easy!" So, time to hit 'em again! Good workout - maybe not as heavy or as many reps as a few months ago, but I know they're happy now, and they'll bounce back real quick!
