Saturday was back/triceps day. Posted was heaviest set:

Deadlift: 635x2
HS High Rows: 500x6
Close grip Bench (football bar): 255x4
Cable Rows: 260 (stack)x6
HS Tricep Dips: 500x4
Weighted Dips, supersetted with Tricep rope extensions for negatives - 150x6

Today was Chest and Biceps. Back and Tri's are still a little fried, so I didn't go to 90%:
Incline Bench: 275
HS Curls: 80 each arm x 8
HS Incline: 360 x 4, then double negatives with 450.
Preacher Curls: 135x4
Machine Flat Bench (260) supersetted with machine curls(180), x 4.

I'm going to try to get one more day in before heading off to Columbus, OH for the Arnold this weekend since I'll be gone for 5 days.
