Yesterday was a cardio day, did 2 sessions, one early morning and one evening. Did the stepper both times, first one 20 minutes, second 24 minutes. 206 calories in the morning, 260 calories in the evening. Both done HIIT style.

    Forgot, did abs yesterday also with cardio. Did abs first. Upper pulley cable crunches 100x40, 160x15,160x15,160x10 followed with an immediate set of 120x50 3 sets of lying leg raises, 3 sets of 10 using 10lb. dumbbell.
