yesterday I overcame...today i just came :)
ok this morning i went in did some cardio and light workout to loosen up some tight muscles i have been dealing with and wrist that is all messed up:
10 mins on bike 2.61 miles lvl 11 hills
ab machine: 20x140
db tricep kickbacks: 15x30
machine shoulder press: 20x50
squats: 6x185,6x225,6x315,6x365
OK AND HERES YESTERDAY'S SCHEDULED WORKOUT:
morning am cardio 21 min bike lvl 11 hills 5.85 miles
PM ROUTINE all machines except close grip bench:

rear delt flyes: 12x40,10x75,8x115,6x160
front delt flyes: 12x90,10x105,8x125,6x155

close grip bench:12x135,10x155,8x185
tricep extensions:12x70,10x95,8x120
MIND: trying to stay sane
BODY: breaking down, right wrist some tendon damage or something
FYI: training bud josh actually did really well since upper body is weak i pushed him hard always jumping his weight up 5 lbs lol
