Yesterday's chest workout

Well, going to take more than 2 days to get my strength back, and a good thing to know because otherwise I would have thought my workout was crappy. I realized this after my second set of flat dumbbells, so kind of switched gears. So, nonetheless had a good workout, really worked more for a solid, nice chest work to kind of make up for last weeks excuse for one. So, I concentrated on focusing on the chest, lighter weight, more reps and good stretching in between. As mentioned, tomorrow I go back on my normal schedule, and by the end of next week I will back up to par. Really "felt" a good chest workout today.

Flat dumbbell bench
Sets...85x10,100x5,110x4,95x6

Hammer strength wide chest
Sets...180x10,270x8,270x5,(290x4,180x7)

Incline dumbbell
Sets....80x4,90x3,(70x7,45x5)really noticed a dip here

Hammer strength inclines
sets....180x3,140x5,(180x3,90x11)and here as well

Decline barbell
Sets....185x6,185x6,225x3,(225x3,135x8)

Flat dumbbell flies
Sets....50x7,(50x7,35x5)

As noted above, if strength today was my main goal, I would have been greatly dissapointed. But really pleased with "feel" and hopefully back up to strength by next chest workout.
