Yesterday's leg workout

Good leg workout, hit a new personal high on the leg press. Was going to squat today, but forgot my belt, and this gym does not have any "community" belts. So, I was dissapointed, but really took it out on the leg press in a pretty big way. Also took calves up a notch.
Leg presses
Sets....590x10,680x10,730x6,750x5,750x5
Hack squats(prone)
Sets....135x10,150x10,165x10(rest paused the last 4)
Leg extensions
Sets....90x10,120x8,135x7(hold each last rep and partial out)
Leg curls(position 1...middle overload)
Sets....70x10,80x6,80x6
Leg curls(position 2...overload end)
Sets....80x8,80x8,80x8
Seated calves
Sets...180x20,180x20,225x15
Standing calves
Sets...495x20,495x20,495x20
Very good leg workout, really enjoyed my pwo shake to say the least!! It was good, got a new flavor from proteincustomizer, orange cream. Pretty tasty.
