Couldn't get on the site yesterday, so here is my saturday workout:
general warm-up 6 minutes
SQUATS 130X15, 130X15, 130X15, 130X15 These are getting easier
SUPERSET WITH DB ROWS 40X12, 40X12, 40X12, 40X12
lEG CURLS 65X15, 65X15, 65X15 SUPERSET WITH
LAT PULLDOWN 80X12 80X12 80X12
INCLINE BENCH PRESS 100X12, 105X10, 110X9, 115X8
SUPERSET WITH SEATED CALF RAISE 80X15, 80X15, 80X15, 80X15
DB BENCH PRESS 30x12, 35X12, 40X11
SUPERSET WITH SLDEADLIFTS 105X15, 105X15
OVERHEAD BARBELL PRESS 55X8, 55X10, 55X8, 55X8 (pretty burnt out by this point)
SUPERSET WITH CRUNCHES ON THE SWISS BALL.
My husband was home, so I had a heavier lift because i had him to spot me, felt really good.
Today is a rest and eat day :)
