So, had my spin class on Saturday and it felt great after. Of course, I was dead tired by the end of the day, nearly asleep by 9pm...which is kinda sad for a Saturday night. Had yoga yesterday though and it's stretched everything out and I'm feeling great. Even managed to do the full back bend position (hands on the ground like an inverted table), so was quite stoked at that.
Worked shoulders this morning - the Machine Press was fine and I worked more weight than last week (35x15, 40x12, 45x10 & 50x8) but the standing lat raises were HARD. Tried to up the weight from a couple a weeks ago but only managed 8x5 on the last rep. Will try again next week.
Did some abs too leaving them feeling really tired. Damn but this is all going ridiculously well.
