I went to the gym Tuesday and did 30 mins elliptical and 15 mins abs. Wednesday I did 20 mins on the eliptical, 25 mins biking, and 20 mins sauna. Today I am feeling a little sore and tired. I didn't get much sleep last night so I am debating on the gym today. There is a yoga class at 7pm that I am interested in and I keep telling myself to just do it. Go home take a power nap then get your behind to the gym! I can do this. 
     My biggest problem is that I am a binge and crave eater. I crave sweet and salty things then I binge on them instead of indulging in moderation. I'm slowly getting better. It is a process that I have been trying not to beat myself up over. I can do this. One small step can lead to thousands.
