I've been on Zantrek for one week now, the bottle claims that it gives so much more energy than the other ones like hydroxi and xenadrine but to be perfectly honest, I feel no additional energy WHAT SO EVER.... would not recommend, save the money!

With that in mind, diet is going ok, I should feel absolutely awesome but do not yet and am afraid to step on the scale, haven't weighed myself in a couple of weeks. Workouts have been going good, Saturday was a lamo day but did a good 40 minute cardio session on Sunday. Yesterday did chest and 30 more minutes of cardio, chest a little sore today.
