Double Arm Can Curls
Instructions
- Standing with feet shoulder width apart. Back straight.
- Grasp a can in each hand with palms facing in.
- Curl the cans up keeping your elbows close to your sides. As you reach the top of
the movement twist your hand so your palms face you.
- Hold and contract for 1-2 seconds
Tips
- Lower the weights down slowly, do not let them drop.
