Flexor Forearm Stretch
Instructions
- Hold one arm straight out in front of you with your palm facing down.
- Bend your hand at the wrist, pointing your fingers down.
- Use the other hand to hold it in the stretched position.
- Hold for 20 seconds and repeat with the other arm.
