Myoplex deluxe and a shaker jar!
Play around with different types of meal replacement shakes until you find some you like. They will help you get enough calories in, feel full and keep your metabolism up by eating regularily.
For meals where you have time to microwave something here is the easiest thing to do -
On your day off cook two bags of boneless skinless chicken breasts on the grill or in the oven (try different types of spice marinades to break up the monotony).
Cook a big pot of brown rice (directions on the package.
Buy some bags of frozen vegetables that you like.
Buy some of that cheap, disposable tupperware (it won't matter as much if you lose it) with the divided compartments.
Put one cup of rice, one or two chicken breasts, and a cup of vegetables in each container. Noe stack them all in your fridge, or freezer, and you have cheap, easy and healthy meals ready to go!
Planning makes it all go easier.
Good luck!

Something I often pack in my lunch is Louis Rich Chicken Breast Cuts. They are sold by the cold cuts, or by the chicken. One package has 260-300cals, 5-6fat gms., 44 grms protein. They come in different flavors.
