I need some help. I have been weight training for a while now...and I still have the saggy underarm part. I have a nice little horse shoe on the back side of my arms, so I'm doing something right, but I still have the flappin' in the breeze, fish belly thing going on underneath. It may be genetic, but someone please give me specific tricep exercises that focus on that part. Thanks!

Have you tried one arm tricep extensions w/dumbell, or tricep kickbacks w/twist at extended position, or there's rope pulldowns? This site should have some tips on how to perform individual bodypart exercises. Look under, "Exercise Resources", then select "Muscle Targeting" you'll find them there.

The triceps and calves are the number one area that women hold extra fat! I know I hate it too. Generally tat means we still need to get leaner. Vary your exercises more and eat well.

if its fat then diet and cardio but skull crushers and extentions and anything that hits all of the heads of your tricep will firm up thos problem areas for you.

I completely agree with lonegirl. You can do tricep work til you pass out, but it's just not going to get rid of the fat in that section of your body. It sounds to me like your problem is not at all underdeveloped muscles. Stick with compound movements. All the extensions in the world won't drop that fat.

I'm with Kirby! My tri's were easy to develop (infact my upper body in general conformed quickly) but lower...Gaah! Now that's a different story!

When you loose weight upper body is the first place you notice the signs, whether it be face, neck, arms. At least that's how it went for me 45#'s ago. ?

Thanks for all of the info, everyone. I am really going to start working on my diet more. That is probably going to be the key according to everything I've read here.
