Okay... sorry if this sounds stupid, but I'm not what you could call a "cook".
When making scrambled eggs and salsa, do you cook the salsa with the eggs, or do you add the salsa after the eggs are cooked?
It sounds tasty....

i just throw it right in there when I whisk the eggs. That way the salsa is warm. yum! but more recently I have gotten into making omlettes.. they are soooo good, throw in some peppers, onions, diced, tomatoes, some ham, whatever you want.

Either way works well, I do both depending on how I feel.

Another good breakfast is steam some broccoli crowns in the microwave for about two minutes, spray a pan with pam, put in the broccoli, some garlic and cayenne peepr, then add your eggs whites and scramble til cooked.
I guess you have to like broccoli, though.

Throw in some shredded fat free cheese as well and you've got huevos racheros. I mix up 3 eggs with a little milk, salt, pepper, some tobasco and taco seasoning, pour it in the pan, add a half cup of salsa and half cup of that fat free shredded cheese and cook.
