I am new to this site, but not new to working out. I have been weight training for a long time, and was a weight trainer for many high schools in So Cal.
I do, however, have a question about androstine. first, do taking andro pills really do anything, and if so, how well do they work...do they help cut fat.
I have never taken any supplements and am in good shape, thanks for you help everyone

I think most have found by now that andro's really don't do much, witness the "improvements" constantly made trying to sell them. All the hype, then, oh, now this is the way with this new delivery system, etc. There is not one shred of scientific evidence this stuff builds an ounce of muscle. A better and even safer alternative may be ZMA.

ZMA is a product that contains Zinc Monomethionine Aspartate, Magnesium Aspartate, and Vitamin B-6. In many studies, it has been shown to naturally elevate your body's own levels of Testosterone.
