I'm a vegetarian and I read that creatine is found in red meat and that is is a good supplement for vegetarians, so I bought some and I'm wondering when would be the best time to take it? before or after the work out ?
Do I need to load my body first because I'm just starting, or can I just take regular dose?
Any other suggestions on the use of creatine (or any other supplements) are more than welcome....
