Closure on Creatine OJ

I've heard from a lot of people that you should avoid taking creatine mixed with more acidic juices such as orange juice because of the negative effect the acids can have on the creatine. I've also heard what seems to be a good point in that it's going into the acidbath of your stomach anyway, so why would the juice's acid content matter? What does everyone think about this?

I have heard both sides as well, and I think it depends on which camp you believe. Probably safer for the time being to not use too acidic a juice type, till more is found out. I do know that on a comp. diet, I lots of times take my creatine with my first meal, which consists of grapefruit too. It seems to have no ill effects. Good luck on what you find out and what you do.
