I'm the sort of person who likes to drink liquids all day but I get really bored of water. I've been reading a lot of bad things about aspartame lately... and no one around here seems to agree with juice. What else can a "health concious" person drink?

Tea!!! I drink around 10 cups of herb tea every single day. Green tea, mint tea, fruit tea etc
I love that stuff!

Gatorade is good, you can buy the powder stuff and it doesn't taste too bad.
If you like drinking stuff a lot make a milkshake with some fruits/veggies or some protein rich foods.

gatorade is too high in sugar which leads to stored fat, id stick to water

Hey taraba;
I have been buying a new sports drink from rebok.
Its hardly has any sugar, no aspartane. Tast good too.
I also drink a lot of acceloraid before during and after my work-outs; its a beverage powder you mix yourself.
