Its not normal for a body part to still be sore 4 days later is it? I thought by the 3rd day you got over any previous pain. Its not stopping me from doing anything, but wow they are still sore!!! Is this a sign of over-working them?
FYI - Just started the program last week (weights only) and Thursday was the first tricep/shoulder day.

nope it differs for some I feel it for a week sometimes after a good workout so do not fear, let them rest and hit them again next week!

pain is weakness leaving the body, so i guess you're getting rid of a lot of weakness :)

i'm having the same issue after i upped the weights on my tricep workout. i was sched to do preacher curls yesterday, but had to skip them b/c my triceps couldn't stand the pressure from the preacher curl stand.
i just atribute that to a good tricep workout.
keep up the good work!

My triceps were probably the weakest muscle on my body...so I'm still feeling it :o) I'm looking forward to the pain going away <smile> Well not completely away :o)
