Does anyone know what I can do to control my cravings for sweets. I tend to crave sweets late evenings or right before bed. I'll say ok.. I'll have one cookie. One cookie turns in to 3, it goes on and on. I feel like I can't stop myself from eating sweets every night before bed.

I would try a protein shake. I have one everynight b4 bed, and whenever I have a craving. But....I do have a 1/2 of a milk chocolate bar 1x per week!

Try eating some eggs. It could just be a habit to eat before bed. If you take a protein shake or eat some hard boiled eggs it might help. That is what I am trying to do for now cause I have that sweet tooth thing going on. As a matter of fact it is 8pm and I am boiling some eggs right now.

if it is possible don't purchase the sweets in the first place. try to find a healthy cookie (if there is one, fig newtons?) or some sort of acceptable alternative. a protein shake would be great, but often they are tasty.
