I have recently purchased EAS BetaLean HP. I am very impressed with the energy it gives me but it is still to early to tell it's weight loss effects. I have a question. I am trying to put on 15 lbs, but cut my body fat 5%. The back of the bottle says three pills twice daily before exercise/meals, no more than five days a week. My question is if I decide to lift heavy on Mon,Wed,Fri and do cardio Tues and Thurs (Please also inform me if you think this workout planning isn't the best), should I just take this on those days(Tues and THurs) before I workout, or do I need to be taking it a little more regularly for it to work. Also, I workout twice a day, can I take TWO pills instead of THREE before I workout in the morning, before I workout in the afternoon and before dinner. Or do I need to take the three pills to get the effect. Thank You.
