I am looking to try to boost my thyroid. I eat a clean diet, exercise and still carry way to much fat. I am Type 2 Diabetic (and understand all too well that insulin is the great fat potentiator) as well as have an enlarged thyroid. My blood work comes back "within normal parameters" for a 45 yo. female. I realize I ain't 20 anymore, but I want to get this fat level down to reasonable range for a midlife bodybuilder. I do cardio 3X per week for up to an hour each time (energetically, not sluggishly), I weight train 3X per week. If I drop the fat, the insulin resistance should also drop. Help
