Hi,

I posted before-after pics in my profile. I've been training for 3 months now and I want to add more solid mass. I train 3 days/week. One day chest, shoulders and tris. The other day legs, back and biceps. Abs each session.
What sould I do now ? Any good info would be welcome :-) You can IM on Yahoo : qcgymguy.

Why not try one of the very well done muscle mass routines in here?
