When I reflex my muscle, I get define toned muscle. But when I am relaxed, I don't look like I work out at all?
Disappointed.

Don't give up - I think with time, your muscles will get large enough that you won't have to worry about it. Just keep on working on it.

For a male, yes. Bring the fat down and you will see more. Practice flexing and posing and that should bring your muscles out a little, too.

If you can see muscle when you flex, then bf is your answer. Look to your diet.

It sounds like you just need to keep working. It's a slow process. I dont know how long you've been working out, but look at a picture of yourself 6 months ago and you should be able to tell some changes.
