Hi all, Just found this sight. Ive decided to get back into shape but I have a problem. I rode bulls for many years, college and pro. Unfortunatly, I have two bad knees as a result of it. My left is cartilage damage and the right is
Ligament damage. I want to work the legs well, but dont want to risk re-injuring my knees. Any suggestions?

Ouch.
Well, since about all upper leg exercises involve the knees to some extent, I would say check with your doc to verify the extent of motion and resistance that you can do. I would suggest leg extensions and curls since, even though they involve knee motion, there is no pressure on the knees joints directly, such as in squats or presses. As I said, though, check with your doc.
Good luck...
