for someone who has been training with a new routine for about 4 weeks, is it a good idea to take creatine? and if so, should one follow the loading phase and then the maintenance phase? and if after 2 months, for example, you stop taking the cretine, is it ok?

thanks for the help

Depending how long you have been training, you say 4 weeks into a program. If thats all you have been training, hold off and see where you are at in about12 weeks. Then if you feel you need it, or want it, then do a loading phase, and get into it 2x per day pre and post workout.
Make sure you do drink alot of water while using creatine.
And yes it is ok to stop after 2 months, actually it is highly recomended. Hope this helps.

Let creatine be an aid to you. Keep working out for a while first, use your natural strength gains and ability to make your initial gains. Creatine works, and is probably the most studied supplement of all time. But the key word is supplement, and that means good diet and training first. Let these develop, reach some personal bests without it. You should make some nice gains for a while yet. Then creatine can help you more. If you take it too soon, how do you know it even worked/helped you? And then where do you go. You've already used the top strength supplement, and you will do nothing but join the supplement of the month club.
