I'm a huge fan of eggs and if I dont have my eggs in the morning i'm usually a grumpy person ;-). Anyway, will adding pepper to the egg whites hinder the whole reason for eating egg whites?

None whatsoever. Red pepper is even kind of tasty if you like hotter(spicier), and easier to digest.

Add any thing you want,herbs, seasonings,watchout for the sugar in condiments.

Research shows that eating pepper can actually speed up your metabolism! But this is just true of fresh peppercorns. So lay off the salt and grind on the pepper!

Pepper is the spice of life, I love pepper. It seems to bring out flavor in just about anything.

Salsa is great! I never thought of red pepper...going to have to try that one. I usually use coarse ground black pepper.
