Will taking lots of fruits in replacement for a portion of a meal be good for weight loss? What kind of fruits are the best. And Talking about fibre...what kind will be good for a weight loss diet and where to get it from? Like whole grain cereal etc...

Eat a wide variet of healthy fruits and vegetables, and make sure you are getting enough protein. Whole grains like oatmeal and brown rice will give you some fiber, as will fruits and vegetables eaten in their whole form.
