You have absolutely GOT to buy the soundtrack to Rocky 4. Its so motivational, yet so cheesy! Makes me wanna run up some steps, then hit some meat. Maybe, run up a snowy mountain shouting "Draaaaagggooo"

dolph lundgren says 5 sentences only in that film (i've watched it too much!)
1."You vill lose"

3. "If he dies...He dies"
4. "He is like an iron bar"
5. "I fight for myself"
Those last two are in russian. Me and one of my housemates practically live at the gym.. We like to quote dolphisms at each other!

Will you marry me? Rocky IV is like my all time favorite film. A buddy of mine introduced it to me a few years back, and I've watched it a 100 times since then. I'm a huge fan of the Dolphisms as well.

If we're going to get into Dolph's film career here, I'm going to have to say that Masters of the Universe was one of his finest roles to date.
That, and Universal Soldier.
And my favorite part of Rocky IV is at the end, when Rocky unites nations with his great speech. "I guess what I'm trying to say is... if I can change... and you can change... EVERYBODY can change!"
It's so insipirational.

I watched 'showdown in little tokyo' last nite. Oh lordy but its cheesy!
Dolph rescues this woman, gives her a gun and tells her to shoot anyone she sees. She says "What if its you" and he says "You won't hear me coming"
A bit later on, they have have (Go dolph!) and she says 'I heard you coming that time!".
Cringe!
Cool film tho.
