I am 30yrs & have started wt training since the last 20 days.
I read abt creatine here at FT & this is the first time I'm taking creatine.
Currently I'm in the loading phase (3rd day)
I drink more than 5 litres of water a day during loading.
However I notice drowsiness , burping & uneasiness immediately after taking creatine powder.This feeling lasts for half an hour or sometimes more.
What could it be due to? Anyone else have any probs with creatine intake?

What are you mixing it with? Juice or water? I found my side effects (stomach issues) while loading were due to mixing it with juice. Could be the same thing that's going on for you, as well.
Do a search for "creatine" there have been loads of posts regarding it.

try not loading it....everyone tells me and i read that ur body can only metabolize( use) around 5 grames depending on ur body size and muscle mass. this is y i don't take it liek that the rest is just pissed away! so y waste ur money??
