Hi everyone,
I'm have recently found those unwanted lbs that seem to sneak up on you when you aren't looking. I've been training for apx 5 years, but have slacked off some the past few months.....amazing how quick you lose what took months to gain.
I'm currently 5'11 and 158lbs. My ideal weight is 145-150. Wish me luck!
