What specific excercises for the back really help widen the back? I do alot of Lat work, besides my routine of seated rows (wide and close grip) and back extensions. What else am I missing?
Just about any exercise that isolates your lats is gonna help widen your back. The bigger your lats are the wider your back will be. So do anything that you can really feel in your back and lats. Pull ups are about the best, and I like to do a lot of t-bar rows.
