If anyone have any trap and back routines I would like to see them. I want to change up my program. I'm trying to add thickness to my back not "WIDTH".

You were given great advice, in order of best, I would say heavy bent over rows, t-bar rows, and throw in behind the neck presses. (I know behind the neck are shoulder exercises, but great for that upper back thickness too and trap size). Do them on shoulder day. Seated cable rows are another for the back, but that would be a last choice.
