Cardio Advice Please!!!

I am 6'2 and weigh 192 lbs. I want to stay around this weight, but I am afraid of cutting back on my cardio even though I am probably doing too much. How many times a week should I do cardio to maintain this weight? Will doing too much cardio deplete my muscle mass or lean muscle mass? Thanks any info would be great.

Shooteruk, for the purpose of "maintaining" your current weight keep the cardio to no more than 3x per week.

Keep the weight training up, one body part per week & train it heavily to failure and your muscle gains should stay intact.

However, realize that the more muscle you DO put on the less cardio you may have to do, (due to muscle burning fat 24/7.)
