There are some good suggestions. Your muscles need to recover while resting, so give your muscles at least a 48 hr rest b4 re working them. Don't forget shoulders and fore arms to as well as chest to not look out of kilter.

try 21's - curls with a barbell:
1. 1st 7 reps of the set from fully extended to 1/2 curl and back.
2. 2nd 7 reps from 1/2 curled to fully curled position and back to 1/2 curled.
3. full curl from fully extended to fully curled.
not a good idea to work out every day - if you do 3 sets of 21s, you should be good for 2 rest days.

You'll overtrain your biceps if you work them everyday, unless you only perform circuit training workouts and don't plan on gaining mass. 1-2x per week should be sufficient. Try supersetting on your next bicep workout...you'll feel the burn that much sooner.
Good luck!

I would try supersets. I started doing supersets and they work great for overall burn. After supersetting I'm usually burned out.
