I'm a 34 year old single mom of 2 (ages 10 & 13). I've been training for about 4 years now and competed at the amateur level 2 years ago (placing 2nd in the women's lightweight division). I haven't competed since, but plan to do so in the 2004 Provincials.. (2003's competition was just held).
My current goals are to add a little more muscle mass but not too much; I want to remain a light weight.
