I go on the bike for 15-20 minutes after every workout at 150 RPMs which equates to about 250 calories burned or so. I'm not trying to lose mass but im trying to cut up my midsection a bit more. Does anyone have a cardio routine that I could follow so I don't lose the mass I earned? What is a good cardio routine to follow after a 1 to 1.5 hr workout? My main goal is to cut up my midsection more for the summer. Thanks for your time.

Cardio in and of itself will not do this. Diet is your answer. Cardio will help you create a calorie deficit, so you drop fat. Eat a high protein diet to keep the muscle.

If you have ever noticed marathon runners they're pretty skinny. But 100 and 200 meter sprinter are pretty buff. If you wanting to burn fat but not lose any mass try doing a bunch of sprints. If you're on an oval track run the straight aways and walk the curves.

BB1FIT is right about the diet, that's how you get cut up.

Thank you very much. I think I'll start doing some long sprints at my former high school.
