im in the smae boat as wsugirl, though i consume more calories. i lift three times a week, and do cardio 4 times a week; burning 1000-13000 calories. i don't feel drawn or worn down, in fact i usually have very good energy. I've unfortunately fooled myself into thinking that because i like sweets, this much cardio is fed by the carbs i take in.
im a bit concerned though after what you told her about caloric intake. i still only consume about 1400-1800 calories a day, and im 6'1 178. please tell what i need to be changong, as far as goals for both cardio and calories go.
178.. low end for calories would be around 1800, the amount of cardio you do, you ould add more calories.
Are you trying to gain muscle? Lose weight? Your caloric intake should be higher, try the nutrition program on this site and see what it tells you.
