freetrainers.com is by far the best fitness site i've ever seen and probably the best I ever will see! But what other great fitness sites are there that we can also all learn from?
I like the one ItalianBull suggested in another thread:
www.bodyforlife.com
I also know of quite a good site that explains to you what stretching does and how to do it properly:
www.howtostretch.com
any other good ones?

Fitday.com has a great tracking system for food and activity level. It also permits you to keep track of % of Proteins carbs fats consumed and has the ability to do reports. It permits more manipulation for portion sizes thatn the one on this site. If you ever thought that you did not need to supplement it is astounding just how deficient we are in many vitamins and minerals even with a clean varied diet. I really like the reports section.

Before I found this site (which I love because of this msg board feature) I did most of my reading from The Brotherhood. http://www.godsofiron.com/ it's just a site for all natural bodybuilders.

www.t-mag.com is a GREAT site with weekly updates. Some of the training routines might seem "off the wall," but they work!
